Are you experiencing pain, fatigue, overwhelm, anxiety or stress?
Fed up that you’re not seemingly getting the support or the results you need?
There is a good chance our 1:2:1 health support can help…
Here at The Helpful Clinic, we can help you understand what is going on for you and what you need to do about it. Our Helpful 3D approach is designed to support your physical, mental and social health in practical ways that you can embed into your life.
Instead of speaking to different practitioners who only focus on one area, Thor helps you work across all three areas together and you don’t end up with contradictory advice or interventions.
We offer convenient, personalised health support via video call (Skype, Zoom or FaceTime), an approach that our patients have found to be extremely intuitive and valuable.
In fact, as this research concludes: “We anticipate that telehealth will continue to be an integral component of healthcare in the months and years to come.” The research reveals that telehealth (health support and services via phone and/or video) has significantly benefited patients, with over 80% saying they felt it provided them with ‘…a sense of access and continuity of care’.
Get in touch and book a discovery call so we can talk about how we may be able to help you with your health:
You can start with a single consultation to see how that feels and what a difference it makes for you. This means we take it step by step and gently find our way forward in terms of what you need and what’s helpful to you so that you then feel better.

Our Helpful case studies are a great starting point. You can learn how Derek overcame chronic fatigue and regained control of his life and how Helen’s overexertion and depleted energy levels caused havoc for her and her entire family. By learning how to understand their symptoms and how to address and reduce or resolve them, both Derek and Helen where able to improve their health and feel better.
You can also read our testimonials to find out what some of our patients say it’s like working with us and get a quick overview of how we have helped them.
Here’s a testimonial from Anthony to give you an idea:
“I have been working with Thor since 2013. I have moved from being completely inactive with CFS to being physically active again.”
If you’d like a more in-depth insight, read our patients’ own words. They are candid accounts straight from the mouths of our patients, we haven’t edited a single word.

How does our 1:2:1 health support work?
Your journey to better physical, mental and social health begins with a discovery call with Thor A Rain, the founder of The Helpful Clinic and a pain and fatigue specialist, as well as a First Aid Kit for Feelings trainer, with over 5,000 patient hours under their belt.
You and Thor can discuss where you are right now and where you ideally want to be. We offer up to three free 20-minute discovery calls, allowing you to get a feel for the support we provide and decide if it’s right for you.
We will work with you in consultations by phone or video, at a time that suits you best. We’ll create a personalised plan that focuses on your physical, social and mental wellbeing. You’ll learn about what’s driving your symptoms and the tools and techniques to help you reduce or resolve them.
If it is relevant to you, the support may also involve working with our colleagues, using both complementary and evidence-based medicine. We use a range of techniques in our 1:2:1 consultations.
We regularly work with people with the following conditions:
We can also help if you are recovering from an illness, like cancer, or following medical treatment.
