We believe – and the World Health Organisation agrees – that health is a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
Easing difficult symptoms, succeeding in stressful situations and performing our purpose can be a challenging journey where we often don’t know if we’ll ever reach our desired destination.
We believe that everyone can do something to improve their health and their feelings. Through our work, we promote our Helpful Agenda – to live our lives in a way that’s actually and actively helpful to our health and wellbeing.
- THC is committed to the Circular economy by using local suppliers where possible to help the environment but also the local economy. We do this by using the skills of local consultants, designers and other collaborators and suppliers.
- To source, where possible, paper stock that is at least FSC certified and where possible 100% post-consumer recycled paper with FSC recycled and EU ecolabel certifications.
- To source, to the best of our ability, materials that is considerate to the environment and when that’s not possible to seek offset any negative environmental impact.
- To collaborate with, contribute to and promote social ventures, e.g. the sustainable building of the Future Business Centre where we are located.
This is our to Helpful Sustainable Pledge.
We are constantly exploring our ethos, our methods and our worldview, to become better practitioners and better people!
