We regularly work with the following conditions:
Digestive conditions like IBS
Dizziness and feeling sick
Tired all the time (TATT)
The Journey is for people who are struggling with persistent physical complaints that don’t appear to have an obvious medical cause or a clear treatment protocol.
We offer convenient, personalised health support, online and by Skype or telephone. We’ll work with you to get your health back on track, whether you’re suffering from a chronic health condition, persistent undiagnosed symptoms, or recovering from physical or emotional trauma.
Over the course of nine months, we will work together on six key areas of your health to help you find a state of physical, mental and social wellbeing.
How does The Journey work?
Your journey to improved health and wellbeing begins with a consultation with ThorA Rain. ThorA is the founder of the clinic and a Health and Wellbeing practitioner with over five thousand patient hours under their belt.
We will work in consultation with you via Skype, at a time that suits you best, to create a personalised plan which focusses on your physical, social and mental wellbeing.
Your health support protocol may also involve working with our colleagues at Nutrition London, using both complementary and evidence-based medicine.
What does The Journey include?
The Journey is a nine-month programme, based around nine one-hour consultations.
We start by assessing where you are at and understanding your symptoms. Together we will map the help available to you and draw up a roadmap to improvement.
You will receive an informative and practical Journey Guide: a 120-page folder full of advice, explanations and exercises for you to continue to work on your health between consultations.
We also provide support over email between consultations.
How much does it cost?
The total cost is £810 for the full nine-month course – this works out at £21 a week.
This includes 9 x 1 hr consultations. Additional consultations are available at £90 per session.
You can pay in instalments – please get in touch to discuss the options.
If the cost will prevent you from accessing our support, you can apply for donated consultation time. However this is limited and unfortunately you may need to wait some time.
